Why men are curious about it
It is unlike any other part of our menu, and men have usually heard two things about it, both true: it can be more intense than anything felt at the surface, and it has to be done properly. The prostate is a small gland below the bladder, reached internally, and when it is stimulated slowly it brings a deep, radiating warmth quite unlike the finish of any other technique. Men who come back for it describe an intensity that has nothing to do with speed.
You will find it only in our sixty- and ninety-minute programmes, where it takes perhaps fifteen minutes. We never squeeze it into a shorter session.
Gloves, and every care around them
Single-use nitrile gloves, put on in front of you. A water-based lubricant from a sealed sachet, opened before your eyes.
A fresh protective sheet on the tatami for this phase. Her hands washed before and after, and the gloves worn for this part of the session only. You shower before and after, in your room's own bathroom.
We would rather show you this list than promise "the highest standards", because a list is something you can check. Any centre that offers this without gloves is one to walk out of.

How she brings you there
Gently, and never straight away. The programme's full-body massage comes first and is not shortened; she wants you completely relaxed before she goes anywhere near this. She begins outside, with slow pressure on the perineum and the muscles around it while she follows your breathing, and lets this stage last as long as it needs to. If you would rather the whole session stayed external, this is the moment to say so, and that is how it stays.
Then the gloves, the lubricant and a pace closer to stillness than to movement. Contact comes in stages.
She pauses at each one and asks before she continues. You decide how far and how firmly, and your stop word ends the phase without discussion. What she is after is a slow, spreading warmth your body has never felt before, and she has all the time it needs.
Afterwards she takes the gloves off and washes before she touches you again. Men take a little longer to come back from this one, so stay and enjoy the stillness; the room is yours while you do.

Is it for you?
Men who have enjoyed erotic massage before, know what they like and want to go deeper than the surface. Men who have wondered about it for years and would only try it with gloves, a clear protocol and no pressure to continue. Men who hold tension low in the back and pelvis and want to know how this feels. And men who like every step talked through, because that is what lets them relax into it.
Save it for later if you are new to erotic massage: begin with something simpler and come back to it. Have a word with your doctor first if you have a prostate condition, haemorrhoids, a recent procedure in the area or any infection, and tell us too when you book. And if you want the tantric slowness with no internal element at all, the lingam phase gives you exactly that.
Prostate massage: the three programmes
Three programmes include it. Tao de Jade, sixty or ninety minutes, is the natural way in: the prostate phase inside a Taoist-inspired session with hot and cold contrast. Burning Sekhem builds it into something more intense, and Ancestral Lust, ninety minutes, brings it together with everything else we do.
Love the programme but not this element? Say so when booking and the time goes to massage instead. Choose our centre, or your hotel, where she arrives fully prepared.
Questions
Does it hurt?
Done properly, no. You feel pressure and fullness, not pain, and any discomfort is the signal for her to slow down or stop, which she does the moment you say. Pain comes from speed or from a body that has not relaxed, which is why nothing before this phase is ever cut short.
Always gloves?
Always, and put on in front of you. Single-use nitrile, fresh lubricant from a sachet, and her hands washed before and after.
Can I keep it external?
Of course. Tell us when booking, mention it at the start, or simply say so during the external phase. She will not go further unless you ask her to.
Which programme, and how long?
Tao de Jade at sixty minutes is the gentle way to begin. Choose ninety if this is your main reason for booking, because your body deserves time before and after; in sixty the phase is shorter.
How should I prepare?
Take your time in the shower when you arrive, and use the bathroom first — she will remind you. Eat lightly earlier in the day. Everything else is waiting for you.
Do I need to say anything when I book?
Only if you want the programme without this element, or prefer it kept external. Otherwise, any of the three programmes includes it.
